He had been suffering visibly on FB, so I felt compelled to offer it up (trying very very hard not to go into proselytize-mode ;)). He thanked me for the information, but continued to post about the daily pain and the increasing anxiety surrounding eating, and also to talk about the ever-increasing number of expensive, out-of-pocket screening tests (scopes, cat scans) the doctors were suggesting. With all the tests they're putting this guy through, you'd think they'd suggest a food sensitivity panel.<br /><br />I do hope he tries giving up wheat for just a bit. But I'm afraid that like your friend, he really believes that eating for health = eating lots of those healthy whole grains.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
