Do you live like a Sumo wrestler?

Did you know that the sumo diet is primarily a high carb, high protein diet, and is relatively low in fat? These hefty Japanese wrestlers take their diet very seriously, and it's not just what they eat, but also how and when they eat, that makes them put on the fat that they need for their sport.

Here is an article describing the sumo diet plan. Unfortunately, this is not that different from the lifestyle that many people follow in the developed world. Is it any wonder that so many people resemble sumo wrestlers?
